Exchange or return requests for any product delivered to the client in response to the purchase request on the website are subject to the exchange and return policy set out below. The client acknowledges his acceptance and agreement to abide by the exchange and return policy when purchasing products from the electronic platform of Brandat Skran.
Brandat Skran guarantees you the right to correct, amend, or cancel the purchase order you placed on our site within 7 days of registering your order unless you have already received the product.
Brandat Skran guarantees you the right to replace or return the product you purchased without giving reasons, according to the following conditions:
- The exchange or return request must be within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be in the same condition as it was at the time of receipt and must not have been opened, operated, or used in any way.
- The product must be in the original packaging in which it was received.
- The product must be attached to the original tax invoice.
- The serial number must be clear and legible and must not have been tampered with, attempted to change, hidden, or removed in any way.
- The product should include all its accessories, including but not limited to spare parts, accessories, user manuals, and gifts (if applicable).
- The product should not be among the discount goods or expressly stated that it is non-returnable.
- The product should not be on the list of non-returnable products.
- We reserve the right to cancel any offer published on the site and to correct any omission, error, or mistake, including what happens after submitting a purchase order through the site, whether this order has been confirmed or not or payment has been made or not, as permitted by law.
- We make every effort to guarantee that the current information on our website is accurate. However, due to changing market conditions and competition, technical errors, omissions, or other mistakes may occur on occasion, including, but not limited to, mispricing and/or incorrect product specifications.
