• The product must be in the original packaging in which it was received.
• The product must be attached to the original tax invoice.
• The serial number must be clear and legible and must not have been tampered with, attempted to change, hidden, or removed in any way.
• The product should include all its accessories, including but not limited to spare parts, accessories, user manuals, and gifts (if applicable).
• The product should not be among the discount goods or expressly stated that it is non-returnable.
• The product should not be on the list of non-returnable products.
• We reserve the right to cancel any offer published on the site and to correct any omission, error, or mistake, including what happens after submitting a purchase order through the site, whether this order has been confirmed or not or payment has been made or not, as permitted by law.
