Exchange or return requests for any product delivered to the client in response to the purchase request on the website are subject to the exchange and return policy set out below. • The product must be attached to the original tax invoice.
• The serial number must be clear and legible and must not have been tampered with, attempted to change, hidden, or removed in any way.

• The product should not be among the discount goods or expressly stated that it is non-returnable.
• The product should not be on the list of non-returnable products.
